Clearing Services for Every Kind of Property
The DFW metroplex is growing fast, and so is the brush. Whether you're a builder prepping a lot in Frisco, a family who just bought acreage outside Weatherford, or a homeowner reclaiming a fence line the greenbriar swallowed years ago, we have the equipment and crews to clear it — and unlike dirt-work contractors, we know which trees are worth saving.
- Full lot clearing for new construction — trees, stumps, brush, and haul-off.
- Selective clearing — remove the cedar, hackberry, and scrub while preserving specimen oaks and pecans that add real value to a finished property.
- Underbrush & understory clearing — open up wooded acreage so you can see, walk, and mow through it.
- Brush hogging / rough mowing of overgrown fields and lots (including for city code compliance).
- Fence line & easement clearing for new fencing, surveys, and access.
- Right-of-way and drainage clearing for creeks, swales, and utility corridors.
- Storm debris field cleanup after major wind and ice events.
Why Selective Clearing Pays for Itself
A mature live oak or pecan can add thousands of dollars to a finished lot's value — and once it's bulldozed, it's gone forever. Post oaks in particular are extremely sensitive: grade changes and soil compaction inside the root zone during construction kill them slowly over 2–5 years. We flag the keepers, fence off their critical root zones, and clear everything else. Builders who've watched "saved" trees die after careless clearing know exactly why this matters.
Our Land Clearing Process
- Walk the property together. We mark what stays and what goes, discuss grade and access, and identify any protected trees.
- Permits and ordinances. Many DFW cities require tree surveys or mitigation for clearing beyond a certain scale, especially on commercial land. We'll flag when that applies.
- Clear methodically. Trees dropped and processed, brush mulched or chipped, stumps ground or excavated per the plan.
- Haul-off or mulch-in-place. Complete debris removal, or forestry-mulched material left as ground cover — your choice.
- Final walkthrough so the site matches exactly what we agreed.
What Land Clearing Costs in North Texas
Pricing varies more than any other service we offer because density, terrain, tree size, and haul-off requirements differ so much between properties. Light underbrush clearing can run a few thousand dollars per acre, while dense, tree-heavy clears with stump removal and full haul-off cost more. Every project gets a free on-site walk and a written, itemized quote — and we're happy to phase larger projects to fit a budget.
